Katherine Carlton
DIRECTOR
Katherine Carlton is a thoughtful and dedicated strategist. Her fundamental interest and goal is to achieve high-powered real estate solutions tailored to each client’s unique business objectives. Katherine approaches each engagement with dedication and relentless passion.
Prior to joining RUE, Katherine was on the JLL Retail Team and thoughtfully represented clients such as Heyday, Restore Hyper Wellness, and Cotopaxi. She then joined RUE, where she advises a variety of tenants, including Framebridge, Birkenstock, Cactus Club, Face Foundrie, and Noble 33. Katherine also consults on some of Texas’ most desirable retail projects including Stream’s QUAD redevelopment, Turtle Creek Village, QIP’s Design District Portfolio, Sixth & Blanco, and Casis Village. As a result of her work across various clients and properties, Katherine has become highly proficient in her understanding of the urban core environment and suburban projects alike.
Katherine is a proud graduate of the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance.
