Julia is a determined & devoted retail strategist who combines her market insight and analytical skills with a commitment to deliver exceptional service. Her focus is to ensure her clients’ real estate strategies are aligned with their business goals and objectives.
Prior to joining RUE, Julia worked on the retail team at Jones Lange LaSalle and represented clients such as Chuy’s, Kohler, Urgent Vet, and Café Zupas. Since joining RUE, she advises tenants such as Reformation, Beyond Yoga, Mendocino Farms, Krewe, and The Salty. Julia also consults on some of Dallas’ most exciting retail projects including The Shops at Turtle Creek Village, East Quarter, Design District’s River Edge and West Village II. Julia’s immersion in various concepts has honed her understanding, making her highly proficient in navigating the urban core, suburban landscape, and regional projects with finesse and insight.
Julia graduated from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance. While attending Baylor, she was a B.B.A. Scholar and served as Vice President of her Senior Class. She is an avid runner and enjoys spending her free time playing tennis and spending time with her family.
