Bryce Jones serves as the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of RUE Investments, a real estate investment platform specializing in retail and mixed-use properties throughout the United States. Bryce is responsible for curating and implementing the firm’s investment strategies, including feasibility, acquisition, capital markets, project vision and execution, management, and disposition. Prior to RUE Investments, Bryce served as the Director of Retail for Hanover Company where he played a lead role in the feasibility, design, leasing, and management of all retail and commercial development, encompassing more than 500K square feet in 40 mixed-use developments across the country, with a total capitalization of $5.7B.
Prior to Hanover, Bryce worked for The Retail Connection where he assisted in the development and acquisition of more than 4M square feet of retail properties primarily focused in the southeast. Bryce graduated from the University of Arkansas with a major in Financial Investments and a minor in Accounting.
